Error 797

---The connection failed because the modem or other connecting device failed---

Solution:

* Restart your computer and wait until all applications have completely loaded before trying to reconnect.
* Check the connection to make sure it is using our modem – to do this go to “network connections” in control panel and right click on the Onetel BB connection and selecting “properties”. If the modem is installed it will be listed under the “connect using” header. Highlight it and click “OK”
* If your problem has still not been resolved reinstall modem drivers.
